Rather than discard the already-produced stock, Habanos opted to release the existing Belicosos Extra cigars as this special limited edition under the Vegueros brand.
The release was distributed through special commission channels in extremely limited quantities, with only 200 numbered humidors produced, each containing 25 cigars.
