The Phoenicio made its debut in 2008, initially offered in numbered varnished boîte nature boxes containing 30 cigars. A total of 6,000 cigars were produced in this initial run. The following year, 2009, saw a re-release presented in 15-count numbered varnished boîte nature boxes, with 3,000 cigars produced in this configuration.

Band Design

This Regional Edition features the standard Ramón Allones band (type D) accompanied by a distinctive secondary band denoting its exclusive status for Lebanon (Líbano). The additional band carries special "Phoenicia 30 Aniversario" markings, honoring the distributor's three decades of service in the premium cigar trade.

Significance
As a Regional Edition, the Phoenicio was produced in limited quantities and allocated specifically to the Lebanese market through Phoenicia Trading. The choice of the Sublimes vitola—a substantial format with generous ring gauge—provided aficionados with an extended smoking experience that showcases the characteristic Ramón Allones flavor profile in a unique presentation.
