Bolívar Greco Edición Regional Grecia y Chipre
The Bolívar Greco stands as a distinguished addition to the Regional Edition series, crafted exclusively for the markets of Greece and Cyprus. Released in 2009, this special edition vitola showcases the bold character that has made Bolívar one of Cuba's most revered marcas, while offering aficionados in the Mediterranean region a unique size not found in the brand's standard portfolio.
Origin and Naming
During its development, the cigar was initially proposed to carry the name "El Greco," a tribute to the legendary painter who spent much of his career in Spain but was born on the island of Crete. The final production name was shortened to simply "Greco," maintaining that cultural connection to the Hellenic world while giving the cigar its own distinct identity within the Regional Edition family.
