We ship worldwide to over 175 countries. If you can receive regular or registered mail we can process order.

Yes, all boxes and products are sealed and then vacuum sealed to assure freshness and guarantee delivery to any part of the world.

Why are your prices better than other online retailers?

We offer Duty free prices on all our products, and when we say duty free we mean DUTY FREE! Other online websites claim to be duty free but may pay between 10%-40% in duties, taxes or tariffs on cigars to their Government. So, when the product is re-exported they include this cost in the price.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once order has been paid will be shipped via International Priority or Regular Airmail. Delivery is approx. 4-7 Days for most of Europe, 6-14 Days for Asia, Pacific Rim, North America 3-5 days  and 10-14 Days Central & South America.(We have no control over your local customs or postal service processing and delivery time)

How do I know of order has been shipped or delivered?

When package is sent, you we will be e-mailed a tracking number and courier website. You may track online and we will on our end also.

What if cigars I order are on backorder?

If you place an order and some of the requested cigars are not available, we will ship them as soon as we receive them.  We will advise you of delay and you can decide whether you want to wait or proceed with order. However our shopping cart is updated daily so this rare to have back order.Remember you will only be charged for cigars that we have delivered to you!

What if cigars I order arrive damaged?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service our product, please e-mail us at [email protected] immediately. Try and keep original packaging until you have inspected your order.

Are there any limits?

 There is no minimum order for cigars! If you are ordering from our store for the first time, we recommend that you stay below US$1000. Otherwise, we will need some additional documents proving that your order is legitimate: 
1) The color scan/photocopy of the physical credit card (front and back)
2) An authorization document which we will provide by email or see icon. Once completed, scan and return to us. We then can verify signature's proving that you are the actual card holder.This for Visa & Discover (US citizen card holders) - All Mastercard worldwide.  

What's your policy regarding chargebacks?

Just like any other merchant, we hate chargebacks. If you are not satisfied with your order for ANY reason, we will gladly resolve the issue to your best - should it be a refund or product replacement. You only need to inform us about the issue. Customers that prefer just disputing the charge instead will be blocked from ordering with us forever, as well as have their name,email, card blacklisted among us.

Do you ship original sealed boxes?

Due to quality checks on Cuban cigars, you may receive some boxes with cut Cuban warranty and Chevron seals.From time to time to maintain high levels of brand selection our suppliers will purchase from reputable Habanos SA sources outside of Switzerland. In this case bar codes will be removed to protect the identity of that other licensed Habanos source. Each box is then vacuum sealed for freshness and quality.

How do I know that I am getting the real deal?

We are a licensed retailer and wholesaler and based in the Cayman Islands.  All our Cuban cigars or products are purchased directly from authorized Habanos S.A. distributors Intertabak A.G (Switzerland) These thre also supply some La Casa Del Habanos stores worldwide.    
All cigars are stored in duty free warehouses in Switzerland which are acclimatized daily to assure temperature is at between 68-70oF and humidity is at 68-72%. This allows the perfect environment for proper aging and storage of all cigars.

Why do other online Cuban Cigar website’s have way cheaper prices?

Other websites that offer Cuban cigars at better price’s are usually selling black or grey market product. A lot of these websites operate out of Costa Rica and will advertise falsely being located in Switzerland, Canary Islands (Spain) and other reputable duty free zones that supply Cuban cigars.
